ISN Technologies is pleased to announce the deployment of the new Online Claims Portal developed for Allianz Global Assistance. The new responsive, user-friendly, and mobile-enabled online claims submission portal provides a smoother, more efficient experience for Allianz customers. ISN’s development of the application programming interface successfully enables Allianz clients to upload and store their claims documents within their personal claims account.
The new portal provides Allianz with increased accuracy and restrains data entry mistakes by limiting manual data entry required to input a claim into the system. The claim portal streamlines entering claims by eliminating paper claim submissions and further improving claims transparency by enforcing customers to include all necessary information by providing a list of all documentation needed to proceed with a claim. Customers can upload documents for review and identify any outstanding items to add to their personalized claim submission.
ISN Technologies has been working with Allianz Global Assistance since April of 2017 to support the development and deployment of numerous software initiatives. The ISN team looks forward to continued support of Allianz Global Assistance software projects!
