iSystemsNow has recently completed another successful control system start-up with our good friends at ControlTouch Systems. This time we were in York, Pennsylvania to bring on-line enhancements to Salon-Centric’s distribution centre and warehouse. The project saw us replace a single shipping line, using gravity roller conveyor, with a fully automated 10-line sorter, using 24 VDC roller conveyors. We also upgraded a manual pack-out matrix to a fully automated 4 line sorter using 24 VDC roller conveyors.
This upgrade was accomplished using Rockwell ControlLogix and CompactLogix processors.
